Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Telecare Crisis & Caring Line. (If you do not intend to volunteer, but are taking our training mostly for personal growth, please use this form as well.)

The information collected will only be used for Telecare Crisis & Caring Line records and will not be released to outside organizations in compliance with privacy laws of BC.

By filling out and digitally submitting this application, you are also indicating that you:

intend to submit a criminal record check after attaining one from your local police office. (We will give you a sample letter to request one)
intend to provide a reference from a credible source. Reference form here: Download
intend to volunteer 100 hours within the coming year (approximately one shift per week)
live in Canada
