Bill Strom
Executive Director, Telecare Crisis & Caring line
Bill helped develop the Listen Up! workshop out of his role as professor of communication at Trinity Western University. He has served as Telecare’s executive director since 2020.

Wendy Toews
Facilitating Listen Up! since 2017
Wendy has served as Telecare’s Listen Up! facilitator for five years. Her experiences as business owner and educator provide a basis for applying listening principles in real-world contexts.
