Please note that no NEW chats will be accepted during the last 15 minutes of chat services.


Use of Telecare Crisis & Caring Line Chat (aka Telecare) is free to anyone ages 16 and older, and we ask you to abide by a few rules:

• Do not use this service if you are not 16 or older.

• Do not prank chat us. This service is available to people who might be in crisis and prank chats take time away from people who really need help.

• Do not embed material using HTML, whether images, sound, or video.

• Do not send links to any other websites.

• Do not impersonate another person, whether famous or otherwise.

• Do not engage in character assassination, slander, or libel.

• Do not use hate, vulgar, or profane speech.


Legal Statements:

We provide the Telecare Crisis & Caring Line Chat solely at our discretion. Conversations may be terminated immediately if rules are violated. Profiles can be blocked and removed permanently for any cause we deem reasonable. You understand that we do not incur any liability by doing so and that we have no obligation to provide you with access to any information from your profile chat history with Telecare Crisis & Caring Line Chat.
