Why call when you can text?

Technology is leading the world nowadays; texting seems more convenient and accessible than calling, then why should we talk and not text? What is good about chatting verbally? 
Stephan Labossiere made three great reasons of why you should call and not messaging.

Other than Stephan's three points, I believe that expressed emotions from calling are very different from conversations from texting. Also, the influence from sound is stronger than words. Of course, words provide spaces to imagine, but voices take you places to interact. 
.
That is why we, Telecare Crisis & Caring Line, serves telephone service rather than a text message to understand people by heart.
